Five people have died in a shootout in the last hours in an apartment complex near the U.S. city of Seattle in Washington state, U.S. media reported Monday. Among the five killed, four men and one woman, figure a suspect who was shot by police, according to NBC, citing police sources. Officers arrived to the scene of the shooting, an apartment complex located in the city of Federal Way, south of Seattle, after receiving an emergency call and heard several shots. Police then saw several men, apparently injured, lying on the floor of the car park and when an officer approached, one of the men pulled a gun and the police shot him, according to sources. Police confirmed that two men were killed in the parking lot, while the bodies of another man and a woman were found in one of the apartments in the complex. 

No officer was injured, according to sources, that for the moment unclear what caused the shooting, which is being investigated.
